Overview
The WSA Host Country Campaign is a large-scale global campaign organized by WSA to capture the will of citizens who will decide where the Host Country of the International Academy of WSA will be hosted. Anyone can join, promote on social media and vote anonymously, ultimately shaping the future of WSA.
You can join the WSA Host Country Campaign to vote for your country as an Active Citizen and you can support the campaign as an Influencer.

What you need to join
To join the campaign and vote as an Active Citizen or support as an Influencer you must be 15 years old and have :
1 Email address
1 EVM Wallet
1 Account on X (formerly Twitter)

How to register for the campaign
To register for the WSA Host Country Campaign you need to link your EVM wallet, X account and your email. Linking these identities allows you to perform tasks and allows Nektar to send you updates, track your participation and, distribute NK5 tokens at the end of the campaign.
How to get started
Connect your EVM wallet (e.g. EVM-based wallet like MetaMask)
Link your X account (formerly Twitter)
Link your email
Follow Nektar, WSA, the IIA and the United Citizens on X
Like and share their pinned content (the first post on their profile pages)
Important
You will be registered only once you have performed all these tasks.
Your EVM wallet will appear under Primary Identity.
Your X account and email address will appear as Secondary Identity.
The Primary Identity (EVM wallet) you use to connect to the portal is the wallet that will receive your NK5 at conversion.
You can connect or disconnect your accounts from the portal at any time.
Once connected, the Secondary Identities cannot be modified.
That’s it, you are now registered for the WSA Host Country Campaign !
How to vote
Voting will take place in two rounds. The first round will take place on Snapshot and is available to anyone holding an EVM wallet (no KYC required). The second round will take place on Tally and is available to any verified citizen over the age of 15. You will be invited to join the United Citizens DAO and to prove your identity (KYC) before voting on Tally.
Voting on Snapshot will take place the following way :
There will be a minimum of 3 votes on the Nektar Snapshot space. The first vote will be called no later than May 31st. The last vote will be called no later than June 30th 2026.
Anyone holding an EVM wallet may connect to the Nektar Snapshot space and may vote for one (1) state.
The five (5) states receiving the greatest number of votes shall be the final candidates for hosting the International Academy and shall move to the second round of votes on Tally.
Voting on Tally will take place the following way
The vote on Tally shall be called no less than thirty (30) days after the five (5) states have been selected during the last Snapshot vote.
Each registered citizen member of the United Citizens DAO shall have one (1) vote and all matters before the selection of the state hosting the International Academy shall be decided by a majority of the votes cast.
There will be a minimum of 2 votes. The three (3) states receiving the greatest number of votes on the first round of votes shall be the final candidates for hosting the International Academy.
When three (3) states have been selected, a second vote shall be held. The state hosting the International Academy shall be selected by a simple majority of the votes and shall be deemed to have been selected by all such votes.
The Incentive : You earn NK5 !
When you register, vote on Snapshot and vote on Tally you will earn 200 Nektar Points (XPs). Once you earn 200 XPs, you will earn the badge of “Active Citizen” and will become *eligible to receive your NK5.
At the end of the WSA Host Country Campaign, 5,250,000 NK5 will be distributed pro-rata to all Active Citizens. These tokens will be transferred directly to your EVM wallet.
If you are ineligible because of the regulations in your country, you will be able to use your XPs to purchase merchandising, trade them P2P or keep them until the next campaign to have more XPs accumulated for the next allocation.

The Competition
The WSA Host Country Campaign is not just a call for citizens to vote. It’s also a competition for Active Citizens and Influencers. Your mission is to bring the International Academy home but also to earn as many XPs and NK5’s as possible. To earn more XPs you can perform tasks on the campaign portal or become an Influencer. The more tasks your complete and the more influence you have over the campaign, the more XPs you earn.
What to look for in the campaign portal
Leaderboard : In this section you will see the list and rank of Active Citizens and Influencers
Achievement Badges : This section highlight your accomplishments, progress and achieved milestones as an “Active Citizen” or as an “Influencer”.
Score : This section shows your performance at a glance, displays the score of each citizen, XPs earned and showcases real-time progress.
Rank : This section highlights your position on the Leaderboard and in the campaign.
