WSA Host Country Campaign

Overview

We are organizing the WSA Host Country Campaign with our strategic partner Nektar to capture the will of citizens and let you decide which country will host our International Academy.

Anyone older than 15 years old can join the campaign, promote on social media and vote anonymously. You can join the campaign as an “Active Citizen” and you can support as an “Influencer”.

Your Mission

The WSA Host Country Campaign is not just a call for citizens to vote. It’s also a competition between citizens and your mission is to help your country - or any country - become the host of the WSA International Academy and in the process, earn as many NK5 tokens as possible.

Incentive for Active Citizens

Register and Vote to earn 200 Nektar Points and to become eligible to share 10,500,000 NK5 with all other participants. If you are not eligible to receive NK5 tokens because of the regulations in your country, you will be able to use your Nektar Points to purchase merchandising or keep them until the next campaign.

• 10 NK5 will be distributed to the first 25,000 participants who Register

• 10,500,000 NK5 will be distributed to every participant who Vote

Rewards for Influencers

Actively promote our content or create impactful content (image, audio or video) to support your country and share it on all your social media platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram etc) with your referral code. The more referrals, views & likes you get, the more Nektar Points & NK5 you will earn. Individuals and companies from almost every jurisdictions are eligible to receive NK5 tokens from the Campaign Reward pool, regardless of crypto regulations in their country. • 10,500,000 NK5 will be distributed to the first thousand (1,000) citizens or companies to have earned the greatest number of Nektar Points at the end of the campaign

What you need to join

To join the campaign you must be 15 years old and have :

• 1 EVM Wallet

• 1 Account on X / Twitter

How to Register

Available to anyone holding an EVM wallet and X account (no KYC required)

To register you need to connect your EVM wallet and X account to the NK5 campaign portal. Connecting these identities allows you to perform tasks and earn Nektar Points and it allows Nektar to track and distribute NK5 to all participants.

How to get started

1. Connect your EVM wallet (e.g. EVM-based wallet like MetaMask)

2. Link your X account (formerly Twitter)

3. Follow WSA and the NK5 Chain on X

4. Like and share our pinned content (the first post on our profile pages)

That's it, you are registered !

Important

• You will be registered only once you have performed all these tasks.

• Your EVM wallet will appear under Primary Identity.

• Your X account will appear as Secondary Identity.

• Once connected, the Secondary Identities cannot be modified.

• The EVM wallet you use to connect to the NK5 campaign portal is the wallet that will receive your NK5.

• You can connect or disconnect your accounts from the portal at any time.

Polls

Available to anyone who is registered and holding an EVM wallet (no KYC required)

There will be a minimum of 3 polls on the NK5 Snapshot space (live May 2026). The five (5) states receiving the greatest number of votes on Snapshot following the 3rd round will be the final candidates for hosting the WSA International Academy and will move to the second round of votes on Tally.

• 1st Poll : When 250,000 participants have registered

• 2nd Poll : 30 days after the 1st Poll

• 3rd and Final Poll : 30 days after the 2nd Poll but no later than July 31st, 2026

Votes

Available to anyone who is verified (KYC) and holding a UNCgov token

There will be a minimum of 2 votes on Tally. The three (3) states receiving the greatest number of votes on the first round of votes will be the final candidates for hosting the WSA International Academy. When three (3) states have been selected, a second vote will be held. The state hosting the WSA International Academy will be selected by a simple majority of the votes.

• 1st Vote : No later than 30 days after the Final Poll

• 2nd Vote : Within 30 days following the 1st vote but no later than October 19th, 2026

Important

• Your UNCgov token will be issued once you verify your identity - prior the 1st vote
